Refurbished Veterinary Equipment

1. The unit is sanded, primed and new paint is applied.
2. Polish all stainless steel.
3. Wheels are inspected and replaced, if necessary. The castors and brakes are inspected and replaced, if necessary.
4. Run performance maintenance tests and make necessary repairs and/or adjustments, including replacing all parts prone to future failure.
5. Chassis / housing is inspected and cleaned or replaced, if necessary.
6. The mount and fasteners are inspected and replaced, if necessary.
7. AC plug and receptacles are replaced, if necessary.
8. Cords are inspected and replaced, if necessary.
9. Tubes / hoses are replaced.
10. Electrodes and transducers are inspected and replaced, if necessary.
11. The battery is replaced.
12. Motor / pump/ fan / compressor is inspected and replaced, if necessary.
13. The display panels are inspected and cleaned, and replaced, if necessary.
14. The unit is recalibrated.
15. All alarms and audible signals are tested to ensure all are in working order.
16. The unit receives a new label.

1. Chassis / Housing is inspected and cleaned or replaced, if necessary.
2. AC plug and receptacles are replaced, if necessary.
3. Cords are inspected and replaced, if necessary.
4. Circuit breaker and fuses are replaced, if necessary.
5. Tubes / hoses are replaced, if necessary.
6. If the unit has fittings, they are inspected and cleaned and replaced, if necessary.
7. Filters are replaced, if applicable.
8. The battery is replaced.
9. Units with a motor, pump, fan and/or compressor is inspected and replaced, if necessary.
10. The display panels are inspected and cleaned, and replaced, if necessary.
11. The unit is recalibrated.
12. All alarms and audible signals are tested to ensure all are in working order.
13. The unit receives a new label.
14. ECG cables, leads and clips are included.
15. A sample line, sample elbow, paw tee, scavenger tee and finger sensor is included, if applicable.
16. A new C-cartridge is included, if needed (5250).
17. Software is inspected and verified the version is the highest applicable for the unit.
18. The printer is inspected and a roll of paper is included, if the unit has a printer.
19. A new temperature probe is included, if applicable.

1. Grounding resistance check is conducted.
2. Current leakage is tested and repairs are conducted, if necessary.
3. Housing is inspected and cleaned or replaced, if necessary.
4. AC plug and receptacles are replaced, if necessary.
5. Cords are inspected and replaced, if necessary.
6. The mount and fasteners are inspected and replaced, if necessary.
7. Electrodes and transducers are inspected and replaced, if necessary.
8. The display panels are inspected and cleaned, and replaced, if necessary.
9. Controls and switches are inspected and replaced, if necessary.

15. 02 cell is inspected and replaced, if necessary.
16. The unit receives a new label.

4. Bulbs are replaced with new bulbs.
5. Fuses are inspected and replaced, if applicable.

7. The unit is tested and repaired, if necessary. Foot candles are tested to ensure appropriate output.
8. The unit receives a new label.
9. Fiber optic cable is replaced, if applicable.

14. Software is inspected and verified the version is the highest applicable for the unit.
15. A cautery pen is included.
