Ordering Information

Traditional Ordering
Our representatives are available from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday to provide quotes and shipping information on Veterinary related medical equipment and supplies. We offer a wide variety of ordering methods and payment types. Call us at 1-800-979-6795 to find out more.
Online Price Quotes / Prices
We have provided many supplies and accessory type items for convenient purchase online. Products with prices listed on our website are updated on a regular basis. Occasionally pricing information can be entered in error or not updated correctly. In these situations our staff will call with correct information and determine next steps.
Online Order Submission
If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, we probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your computer is interrupted after your order submission. You may wish to contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-979-6795 to make sure your order was received.
Order Progression
DRE Veterinary will keep you informed of your order via e-mail or through your sales representative. Your tracking number will be provided to you once the item is shipped. If you ordered online, you may also check our online order status page for live updates. To do this click on my account, sign in, and go to the order status page. If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address into the “forgot password” area and we will email you with your new password.

Online Duplicate Orders
Call DRE Veterinary customer service at 1-800-979-6795. We will void the order for you as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain the tracking number(s) for the order(s) you do not want and call your preferred shipping company to refuse those shipments. You will be refunded in full when those items are returned to DRE Veterinary.
Online Shopping Cart Errors
Shopping cart problems usually occur for one or more of the following reasons:
  • Cookies are not enabled, or your browser is configured to block DRE Veterinary and/or secure.DRE Veterinary cookies.
  • The master clock on the computer is not set correctly.
  • The computer you're using is behind a firewall.
  • The computer you are using or the email / hosting provider has strict antivirus and spyware software.
  • The item you are trying to purchase is sold out, or there is a lesser quantity than you wish to purchase.
  • You are using a browser released prior to Internet Explorer 5.1.
If all else fails, try closing all open programs and restart your computer, or try from a different computer.
Online Ordered Voided
If an order is placed but the credit card is declined or the shipping address cannot be verified within three business days, the order is voided. There is no way to regenerate a void order; you'll have to re-order online. Please call DRE Veterinary customer service at 1-800-979-6795 if you believe there's been an error.
Post Order Changes
Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling DRE Veterinary customer service at 1-800-979-6795. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
Order Processing
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local shipment guidelines for delivery. DRE Veterinary offers Rush Processing for orders placed before 12PM PST for a small additional fee. DRE Veterinary will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same day. If we fail to ship your order on the same day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee.
Combining Orders
If you need to combine orders that have not been shipping you can contact our sales staff to determine if it can be aranged. 1-800-979-6795
Back Orders
If an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, then the item will be automatically removed from your order. We will not hold up an order because an item is backordered. You will not be charged for the backordered item or for the shipping cost of the item. A sales representative will contact you to determine next steps.
Order Missing Items
Verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call DRE Veterinary Customer Service at 1-800-979-6795 if you're unable to locate an item.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-800-979-6795. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
